Not all tension is bad.

Our bodies were designed to exist in a state of counterbalance. Our muscles were meant to oppose one another…to a certain extent.

Muscles exist under tension, each paired with an opposing muscle that balances it out. When the balance shifts, our bodies become uneven. Some muscles grow too tight. Others grow too weak or too loose.

When this happens, we experience pain, stiffness, and discomfort.

I seek to help you restore that balance within your body.

My programs are customized to fit you and your lifestyle. There is no one size fits all. Physical wellness is a very personal practice, one I look forward to helping you cultivate.

    If you are new to exercise and want to learn how to get stronger and healthier, this is the place for you to start.

  • Assisted Stretching - $60/60 min

    This in-person program allows you to build greater flexibility in your body, allowing for freedom of movement and better quality of life.

  • The Competitive Edge - $100/90 min

    This program is for dancers who want to build mobility and athleticism.
